Please Note:
The Gordon Parks Museum will be closed along with the campus at Fort Scott Community College for the ​winter/Christmas break.
The museum will re-open for regular hours on Jan 5, 2026. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
General Operating Hours

Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 4:00 p.m.
​​
It may also be opened on the weekends for
special tours and events.
​
Please call before you visit to make sure the Museum is open, as it is closed during school/ campus breaks & for meetings, travel, etc.
Guests requiring accommodations to fully enjoy the Museum are encouraged to contact the Museum and request the accommodation(s) required.

Admissions
There is no cost to visit the museum. Donations are certainly appreciated, but not required.
